Riverfront Towers

We replaced the original 1983 marina at Riverfront Towers, nestled along downtown Detroit’s RiverWalk, to accommodate larger vessels and upgrade their amenities. We re-used the existing seawall as well as new 75’ beams driven into the lake bottom to provide additional anchorage.
